Handmade To Order

All of our jewellery is crafted by expert silver and goldsmiths, but not every piece we make is in stock and some items or sizes are handmade to order.

How Long Does It Take?

It usually takes around 2 to 3 weeks to cast a piece before the piece needs finishing and polishing.  Once complete, the article is sent to the Assay Office in Birmingham, who test the metal for purity and authenticate it by adding the hallmark.  Once we receive it back from the Assay Office, we can give it a final quality check and send it to the customer.

What if my order includes items in stock?

Products that are in stock will be dispatched right away and the handmade to order items will be dispatched once they have been completed.
