Conditions of Sale

This page outlines the terms and conditions for purchases, returns, and warranties for both potential and existing customers. Please read this page carefully before making any purchases.  Last updated: 27 February 2023.

  1. Ordering and Payment All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if payment has been made.

Payment can be made via credit card, debit cardl. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider.

  1. Delivery We offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product.

For custom-made items, delivery times will be confirmed at the time of order placement. We will keep you updated on the progress of your custom-made item and provide an estimated delivery date.

  1. Returns and Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) are not in new, unused condition.

For custom-made items, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or not as described. In this case, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund or exchange.

  1. Warranties We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products. If a product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, please contact us to arrange a repair or replacement.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. We reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if we believe the damage was caused by misuse or accidental damage.

  1. Distance Selling Regulations If you are purchasing from us as a consumer and you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the product(s). If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us in writing within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund.

  2. Custom-made Items For custom-made items, payment is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the item.

Once the item has been completed, the item will be dispatched for delivery.
